Andrés Velasco has more than 24 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, project financing and other financial transactions. Prior to joining BANICOL, he was Partner and Vice President of Inverlink S.A.

He has executed investment banking advisory deals in various sectors, including: public transportation, power generation, utilities, ports, beverages, food, household appliances, consumer goods, industrial, logistics, aviation, road infrastructure, natural gas, among others.

Diego Calderón

Diego Calderón has over 21 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and financial transactions. Before founding BANICOL, he served as Vice President at Inverlink S.A. and was a Consultant at McKinsey & Co.

He has executed investment banking advisory deals in various sectors, including: healthcare, financial institutions, education, gas distribution, logistics, public transportation, retail, beverages, hospitality, road infrastructure, food, media, among others.

Alejandro Jaramillo has more than 17 years of experience in Investment Banking, both in mergers and acquisitions and project financing. Prior to BANICOL, he worked as Vice President at Axia IB and Senior Associate at Inverlink S.A.

He has provided advisory services in various sectors in Colombia, including the financial industry, logistics, engineering, retail, mining, oil services, mass transportation, construction, food, industrial waste, health, pharmaceuticals, technology, forestry, print media, among others.
